Delicious Venison Bake recipe provided by Highbourne Deer Farm
1 lb ground venison
15 saltine crackers, coarsely rolled
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1/2 cup milk
1/3 cup catsup
1/2 tsp ground mustard
1 stalk celery, chopped
1/4 green pepper, chopped
1 medium onion, chopped
2 tbsp margarine
Saute celery, green pepper, and onions in margarine until tender (about 10 minutes).
In large bowl, thoroughly mix venison, egg, crackers, salt, pepper, Worcestershire, milk, catsup, mustard and sauteed vegetables.
Form and place in baking dish. Bake covered in 350 degree oven for one hour.
