In the agreement, NADeFA will assume ownership of all GMS physical and intellectual property and will assume leadership on all management and operations of GMS.

Per the agreement, which was publicly signed at the Deer Breeders Corporation Convention in San Antonio on Aug. 4, 2017, GMS President Mike Owens will remain as operations consultant until the NADEFA Conference in March 2018.
